Badrinath Temple: Badrinath is the home to Lord Vishnu. The temple is one of the prime temples of Char Dham of India. According to Hindu Mythology, Badrinath is the place where Lord Vishnu meditates, thats why the aura of the place is very calm and surreal. The temple holds a significant place amongst the Hindus. This temple is also accessible for particular months in the year because its sitauted at a hieght of 3133 Mts above sea level, so it gets covered with snow during the winter months.

Tapt Kund: It is like a hot water spring inside the temple premises which is not man made. Its a kind of miracle to have a hot spring at a place which is cold for most part of the year. People consider it important to take a dip in Tapt Kund before going for darshan of Shri Badrinath Ji. Also, the water here is considered to have medicinal values and can cure various skin diseases.

Vyas Gufa: It is the place where Ved Vyas ji told the entire Mahabharat to Lord Ganesha for him to write it.

Mana Village: It is the last village of India in the North Side, after which the land for China begins. Its a beautiful sight to see

Saraswati River: This river’s origin is located in Mana Village only, after which it dissappears and then it meets River Ganga and Yamuna in Prayagraj ( earlier known as Allahabad ).

Bheem Pul: It is a huge rock beleived to be thrown by Bheem ( one of the five Pandavas ) into the Saraswati river so that the rock works like a bridge between the mountains.

Mata Murti Temple: Mata Murti is the mother of Shri Badrinath Ji. About 3 kms from Badrinath is a temple dedicated to her by the name Mata Murti Temple.

Panch Shilas: These are five holy rock like structure called Narad, Narsimh, Barah, Garur & Markandeya Shilas (stone). It is believed that sage Narad meditated on these rocks for several years. The panch shilas are located between the Tapt Kund and Narad Kund.

Neelkanth: It is a huge snow covered mountain at the back of the Badrinath Temple. Apart from all the mountains, this one stands out and is extremely beautiful.

Satopanth: It is a beautiful lake where it is beleievd that Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh take bath on Ekadashi. Special permission is required to visit this place.
