Today we visit Jatayu Earth Centre – which stands at an altitude of 350m (1200ft) above the sea level. Jatayu Nature Park holds the distinction of having the world’s largest bird sculpture, which is of Jatayu. Here we take a cable car ride to reach at the main attraction, upon arrival we visit Jatayu Sculpture, Audio-Visual Museum, Rama Temple & Mini Theatre.

Thiruvananthapuram – Varkala – Thiruvananthapuram:
Further we proceed to Varkala – a coastal town in the southern part of Kerala known for the unique ‘Northern Cliff’ adjacent to the Arabian Sea. Upon arrival we visit Varkala Cliff – a famous beachfront which is a massive cluster of old times rock formations. We then proceed back to Thiruvananthapuram.

Today we explore Trivandrum city, we visit Padmanabh Swami Temple – is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and the Richest Place of Worship in the World, Raja Ravi Varma Art Gallery – displays original paintings of Raja Ravi Varma, Napier Museum – It contains a host of historical artefacts including bronze idols, ancient ornaments, a temple chariot and ivory carvings. In the evening, we visit the beautiful Kovalam beach.
Please Note: For you visit to the Padmanabh Swami Temple, it is compulsory for all Women to wear a Saree, men to wear a plain lungi without the Angavastra and the girls below 12 years of age may wear a gown. (Salwar suits, black colour saree, sleeveless blouses & all other forms of modern dressing is not allowed.)

Today we proceed to Kanyakumari – a coastal town on India’s southern tip. Upon arrival, we enjoy a ferry ride to visit the iconic Swami Vivekananda Rock Memorial – built in 1970 in honour of Swami Vivekananda – followed by a visit to the meditation hall, the smarak, and then cross the glass bridge to reach the towering Thiruvalluvar Statue, dedicated to the celebrated Tamil poet and philosopher. Further we visit Kanyakumari Mandir – is one of the 52 Shakti Peethams, Tri Samudra Milan (Triveni Sangam), Gandhi Mandapam – a memorial building with sea views on site where Gandhi’s ashes were held after his death.

Today we proceed to Rameswaram – a town on Pamban Island famous for being a significant pilgrimage site. We drive past Pamban Bridge – surrounded by blue waters from all sides. Inaugurated by Rajiv Gandhi, this engineering marvel is the second longest sea bridge in India after the opening of Bandra-Worli Sea Link in 2010. Upon arrival, we check in hotel and have free time to relax.

Today early in the morning, we visit Ramanathaswamy Temple – this is one of the very few temples in the history of India which is built in the Dravidian style architecture. It is widely known for its historical significance and has 22 theerthams where one can take a bath to get rid of the sins. Followed by visit to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial – a place that honours the remarkable life and legacy of India’s beloved Missile Man of India. Later we enjoy a beautiful walk at Dhanushkodi Beach. We then proceed to Madurai – an ancient city renowned for the majestic Meenakshi Amman Temple and its rich Tamil heritage.
